Nameless Peccadilloes is a study for my poem Paperback Rider, to appear in The Purpose of Reality (Meerkat Press, 2022). (Click image for larger version.)
We try to keep the thoughts we shouldn’t have in mental prison cells. Here is a snippet from Paperback Rider:
Although we do our best,
we’re all imperfect on the inside—
convoluted angels, antipodean demons,
and unnamed peccadilloes,
curled up on the bed or hiding
underneath the lounge.
The artwork was evolved with the visual evolution engine (VEE), my software that seeks unexpected realms, rather than using standard AI techniques to mimic existing art.
